Meet Sean
Sean lost his father in 2013 to suicide and he himself has struggled with Depression from childhood to adulthood.
In 2020, Sean trained for a marathon for the first time as a way to help change his life and his mental health.
Completing that race unveiled something that he never believed - that he was stronger, confident, more resilient, and could overcome hard challenges.
Fitness was the vehicle that showed him that overcoming his mental ailments was possible.
Since completing that marathon in 2020 he has gone on to run 8 more marathons, 2 ultras, and has dedicated his life suicide prevention and promoting mental health.
